Straightening a image by using the Ruler tool

Here is a picture. 

 

Click and press the Eyedropper tool.  

 

Choose the Ruler tool. 

 

Click and drag on the image. 

 

 Click the Straighten button.

 

This image is cropped, rotated and straightened.

 

This is a simple way to adjust the image.
